Latest Technology Flatbed Digital Printers

Flatbed digital printers are the newest addition to the large format industry. With Flatbed printers, the labor-intensive process of laminating and mounting is a thing of the past. Capable of directly printing onto many substrates up to 2" thick, our large format flatbed printer offers high-definition products at an affordable price. Some substrates can even be routed and then printed on to create a 3-dimensional, eye-catching look.

How does SGX2 do all of this?

The Tempo Flatbed is a wide-format printer capable of providing an excellent digital solution to conventional and digital print services on short and medium-run jobs. The Tempo offers versatility through its flatbed and roll-to-roll options allowing clients endless opportunities. It can print directly onto a multitude of rigid and flexible media including: corrugated board, foam-core paperboard, acrylic sheets, PVC, polycarbonate, fluted polypropylene, glass, wood, tile, aluminum and standard rolled media. The Tempo uses UV-curable ink technology producing high quality graphics with no need for extra finishing steps of mounting and laminating. This premier printer is an eight-color model which offers top-of-the-line performance. It produces a true resolution of 360 dpi but with the use of light inks, the resolution is boosted to 720 dpi producing true photo-realistic results. With the eight-color mode, it prints at speeds up to 373 square feet per hour while in the four-color mode, it prints at speeds up to 883 square feet per hour. This wide-format digital machine has proven time and time again that it can handle any workload while ensuring continuous high definition quality output on every unique large format printing,job.

The Nur Expedio printer is a wide-format inkjet that is well suited for the high volume needs of our clients. The Expedio is capable of printing superwide projects as it can print on media up to 16-1/2 feet wide. It has the options of either printing in four-color or eight-color mode allowing us to print anything from high quality indoor signage to outdoor banners and billboards. These applications can be printed at a 720 dpi using the 8-color option or 360 dpi with the 4-color mode and can also be printed super-fast. This printer allows us to print speeds up to 550 square feet per hour in the 8-color mode or an impressive 1600 square feet per hour in the 4-color mode. For higher productivity, we also can print multiple rolls at a time. The Expedio‘s flexibility contributes to lower costs on media including fabrics, banners, self-adhesive vinyl and wallpaper. With low costs and superwide applications, this printer is capable of fulfilling all your hi-def large format printing needs.

The Epson Stylus Pro 9880 is a wide-format photographic printer with advanced black-and-white printing as well as a higher level of color photographic printing. This printer utilizes a unique driver technology that produces professional black-and-white prints from color or grayscale image files. With the advanced technology, we can produce a truly consistent image with no color crossover or color cast. For color photographic printing, this printer offers a wider color gamut as well as superior color and clarity. With the automatic print head alignment and pressurized ink cartridge technology, we can ensure reliable ink delivery at all speeds creating the most consistent color output. The Epson Stylus Pro 9880 is capable of handling virtually any media type in roll or cut-sheet form up to 44" wide.
